Event Waiver: By completing and submitting the event registration form or by participating in the event itself, I am granting New Hope Ministries, Inc. unrestricted permission to use photographs, video recordings, my name and/or my company’s name for publication - includes electronic, broadcast, and physical format - in fund-raising and/or public relations efforts such as newsletters, brochures, newspaper articles, website, displays, films, etc. This unrestricted agreement includes materials provided by me or taken by or on behalf of New Hope Ministries.
