• Walk for Hope - April 19, 2009
  

  A 3-mile Walk held at each ministry location, an estimated 300 walkers and their sponsors work together to benefit emergency crisis services in their own local communities. The Walk is held each spring on courses in Dillsburg, Mechanicsburg and Dover for a great day of fun and community. Courses are relatively level and participants include families, and individuals of all ages with food, refreshments and prizes. Walk For Hope 2008 Raises $32,255! On a cool and overcast Sunday afternoon, an estimated 200 volunteers and walkers trekked along a 3 to 4 mile path through the local communities of Dover, Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg in New Hope Ministries' annual Walk For Hope. Funds raised support New Hope's Crisis Asssitance Programs in Dillsburg, Dover and Mechanicsburg. • Hoops for Hope - May 2, 2009
  

  A 3-on-3 Basketball Tournamentheld each spring (May) to benefit New Hope's Children & Youth programs. "Hoops" is a much anticipated event, featuring an entire day of high-energy basketball all observed by an estimated 1,500 teams and cheering fans! Hoops For Hope 2008 Raises $30,029! Despite a rainy weekend which caused two rain delays, 73 teams played ball and made this event a huge success! Funds raised support New Hope's Children & Youth Programs in Dillsburg, Dover and Mechanicsburg. • Golf Tournament - September 25, 2009
  

  A great opportunity to share a day of golf with friends while supporting a worthy cause. The Annual Golf Tournament is held each September, with a shotgun start format, team and individual prizes and skills competitions and a great dinner to wrap-up the evening. Golf Tournament Raises $29,482! 130 golfers braved the early fall mist to share a day of golf with friends while supporting a worthy cause. The best ball scramble began at noon with a shotgun start. Team and individual prizes were awarded with skills competitions and a great dinner to end the day. Funds raised helped neighbors in times of need and supported their efforts toward stability. • Fall Food & Toy Drive - October 1 to November 15, 2009
  

  Fall Food & Toy Drive Thank you to those who supported our 2008 Fall Food & Toy Drive! This six week effort to collect food and toys to distribute to our clients during the upcoming holidays was a huge success! The generosity that lives within the hearts of the people in our communities is tremendous, and a welcome gift during this time of the year.
