Get Ready to Feed-A-Friend!

WHVR’s 28th Annual Hanover Foods Feed-A-Friend Marathon, a 50-hour on-air program to collect food for the hungry in the Hanover community, will take place Wednesday, December 4  through Friday, December 6 on WHVR 1280 AM. The goal is to raise 128,000 cans for New Hope Ministries’ Hanover Food Pantry.

Businesses, schools, organizations and individuals can support the marathon by organizing a food drive, and donating canned and non-perishable food items. By participating in the Feed-A-Friend Marathon, you’ll be helping the needy in the community and earning recognition for your efforts on the radio.

During the marathon, the community is encouraged to listen, and call into the radio station at 637-0052 to make an on-air pledge.
